{Dragon's Claw} isn't a terrible sack outlet for {Kuldotha Rebirth}. Just so happens that {Shrine of Burning Rage} is better...

I like it, wish it were longer. I like the pro-con thing. Maybe even team up with someone and do a "Pardon the Interruption" with cards, one person for it, another against it. It'd be interesting reading someone's defense of why {Vizzadrex} isn't terrible.

My point is that 1 less mana gets you a 6/6 {frost Titan}.  Besides what does blue need a beast for when they have leviathans and krakens?

Well, I don't know if it's fair to compare it to a Titan.  Few things can live up to that.

It's strictly better than a {Ronom Serpent}, {Sea Serpent}, and {Steelclad Serpent} (unless artifacts matter), all for 5U.

{Vizzerdrix} can be a finisher in a blue control deck when the board is locked.  Yes, there are better choices, but there are worse ones too.

Black Jester, you're the perfect guy for this. You make it seem as though a bad card has ever been printed.

Also, you wouldn't sack the {shrine of burning rage} per se, unless you had to. Let's say you had a {goblin grenade} and you don't have a lot invested in the shrine. It's more the "what-if" function of the shrine.

Sometimes in the game of chess, sacrificing your queen is a brilliant move, and sometimes it's your only move.

Also, in fairness to {Vizzadrex}, he was from a different era. He was never good...but he was from a different time. Worst creature is reserved for {Wood Elemental}, the most obviously bad creature.

actually paired with {Omnath, the locus of mana} and green mana producing creatures he isnt that bad.

Green Mana isn't forests. {Wood Elemental} stinks. 1 bounce and he ruined your hand forever. He can't be recast.

Edit: And to make matters worse (stupid?) they have to be UNTAPPED forests. It's not enough that you deplete all of your resources for a vanilla creature...they have to be active resources only.

I would use him as a game finisher with {Knight of the Reliquary}. That would be a pretty sick combo! Use it in a deck with fetchlands like {Verdant Catacombs} for a good buildup.

hey theres a counter to everything. Just giving a scenerio in which he CAN be considered useful.

I like it. I'd like to see you guys defend the legitimacy of {Sea Troll} and {Mogg Squad}.

{Wood Elemental} has a wildly limited, but possible use, {Mogg Squad} just seems unplayable.
