I'm hoping jester comes back soon, as well. I miss proph and ctrln1 too. But alas. The reality monster will bind us all from time to time. Perhaps it's wishful thinking, but I hope for a day with all of them returned. In the meantime, I raise a glass to them and their current endeavors.

Do creatures with ETB effects have more resilince than creatures with triggered/activated/continuous effects?

And what else determines resilience in a creature other than toughness?
