tl;dr  Activate {Spawnsire of Ulamog}'s ability to put 200 Eldrazi into play, then {Hallowed Burial} or {Terminus}.

Running 4 battle of wits 4 diabolic tutors and tons of islands and swamps works well. You can just mulligan down to one of the two. And its cheap!

Consistent vs what?  What are you measuring this against?  Are you winning with BoW?  What's your shoe size?  What's average wind speed velocity of a sparrow? How do you answer a rhetorical question?
