If you want to cast a spell for its miracle cost, you MUST pay for and cast it as you draw it. If it goes into your hand (whether you revealed it or not) its too late.

Moral of the story is...miracle cards aren't about TRUST. Just because someone knows that you drew a miracle card that turn doesn't mean you can play it after your draw phase.

If you ever play against me though feel free to reveil all the cards you want and I'll use it to my advantage! ;)

Dual casting could easily already be cast.

So, if mana fell right, you could draw mastery, negative Chandra, cast mastery, the dual cast and reverberate it, netting three extra turns? Hell, an {infernal plunge} would cover all the red needed....

You can't use {Chandra, Firebrand}'s ability until your main phase, as a sorcery.
