Now... when I read that I completely took it in a different interpretation. I thought Ulamog ate the other 2. So instead of Ugin warning them about the other 2, he meant it along the lines of there WERE 3, now there is one... meaning that it's possible to kill them and therefore not to lose hope

Or he's telling Jace "Yo, there were two more back when I first had to deal with them, don't talk to me about how powerful just Ulamog is."

But then again, Jace tried to square off against Emrakul back in original Zendi block, didn't he?
