With {Wingmate Roc} and {Siege Rhino}, the Outlast lords and Bolster, I can see Rabble finally getting pushed out of Standard.

Technically, since it is an ability word, it can have any rules text. It can be opponent of you really want it to.

Yeah what do you mean it "can have any rules text?" Abilities do have defined rules text, even if they are not always spelled out.
