I have my doubts, we did just get {Scourge of the Throne} in conspiracy. But I looked at the sets, and we have 3 additional combat phase granting spells, pre-modern. Since Mirrodin, the only story blocks not to have access to an additional combat phase are; time spiral, scars of Mirrodin, Innistrad, Theros, and so far Khans of Tarkir. Time Spiral, Innistrad, and Theros, instead get cards thatgive an entire extra turn, respectively; {Temporal Extortion}, and {Walk the Eons}, {Temporal Mastery}, {Medomai the Ageless} and the {Sage of Hours}. {Ugin's Nexus} and the time travel theme, would leave me to believe that taking an extra turn is more likely than getting another combat phase.

A new  {Hellkite Charger} would be great,  {Scourge of the Throne} was a piece of crap

This is great, I'm running it in UW heroic and it destroy Abzan. Maybe this along with all of the other great W removal that has come out recently will make control good again.
