Loyalty 3
+3: Exile the top 5 cards of your library. Choose one of those cards, you gain life equal to it's converted mana cost.
-3: Put target black, red, or white creature converted mana cost 5 or greater from exile onto the battlefield.
-10: Creatures you control gain haste, lifelink, and vigilance until end of turn. Then each creature you control deals damage to target creature or player equal to it's power.

I shied away from direct tribal to allow more creative ideas. I templated this one after {Karn Liberated} but much less powerful on the upswing but arguably way more powerful on the down swing. I did not want to limit his recast ability to cards exiled by him because s&@% happens and that would suck to loose 5 cards for some life.

And that 'Walker is awesome! Works well for my RWB cause I have next to zero creatures in the deck that have a CMC of less then 5.

-3: Target player sacrifices a creature. That player then puts a 2/2 blue spirit token with flying onto the battlefield.

The most predominate spirits and ghost reside in kamigawa and ravinca to my knowledge so I decided on ravnica for simplicity sake since I did not play during the time of the kami. I wanted to play with an odd concept similar to {ætherling} but found it hard to incorporate black into a flowing design. I settled for an edict effect with a possible upshot. The reusability meant the abilities must be costly to open him up to removal. His last ability does not require that a creature be sacrificed to get a spirit.

Very nice job!  More U flavor than B but I think it works wonderfully. +1
