LOL  And I'm "Right be hind you".  ;D

Seriously, I hope that this can be resolved.  I would really love to hear that Kubes has just been slack and {AWOL} and sends you all the trades.  But that just doesn't seem the case.  :(

If the total card value is worth over $500, if I'm not mistaken, it's a felony and he can go to jail for it.
Not sure if it would apply collectively since it will be theft from multiple people.  But yea over $500 is a felony.

No matter what he's been warned I mailed the letter as I said and have him 1 week form some form of response

I think it is a cumulative count, I can ask my lawyer friends from church the specifics but if someone breaks into multiple cars or houses, the dollar count keeps rising even if they stole petty amounts from each. I'm not a lawyer yet but I think it does add up.

Brandalog

It does add up. I had some friends that weren't the nicest of people and they broke into multiple cars and trucks and it all added up to there fines and such.

Cal8301

It might not add up since every person he delt with is tec a diffrent contract so i think its a breach of contract not flat out theft. it could be all diffrent charges. Plus the crimes are in diffrent areas so that could come into play as well also there's other tricks he can use. To be honest unless you guys plan on getting a lawyer I don't see this going to far espicaly since he acted like an .rearexit. on all the posts he put up. Sometimes in life .poo. happens and it sucks but that's how the world works. And f him for doing this with honest people.

Agrajagzz9

No my dad is a lawyer it's a federal offense so as long as 500 was in America it counts and believe me speaking from me own end and what I have heard from others I am sure it was. This guy is in for a serious surprise if he thinks he can rip off so many people. Also he said once before he is from Munich Germany but lives in AZ

If anything, best we can hope is knowing we just didn't accept the fact and might be compelled/pressured into doing the right thing. If Cltrn81 can maybe google his email and maybe see if he has a Facebook or other means of contact as well.

I don't want to get into the whole law thing. Cops have better things to do, like bust people for non-violent offences (like drugs) and serving the interests of corporations.

BlackJester

So, if someone breaks into your home, steals your TV, you're not going to file a report?  Cops have better things to do than apprehend criminals?  ???  I'd at least let them decide if it's worth pursuing.   It's not as though they have to pull out some crazy CSI stuff, you're giving them his name and address.

I saw a guy tell a story about how he tracked down the who stole his PC by tracking it down over the internet.  He gave the cops the name, address, and even photos (the idiot had saved pics on the PC) to the police.  They arrested him.

tl;dr if you're willing to put in the time, I say do it.

By all means each one of you should file a report so a case can be built. I was just stateing that he is probly going to get away with this.

TheRecklessPlaneswalker

This is a darn shame. I always thought kuberr was a good guy. :(

Dudecore

I was ripped off by him. I have correspondence with him, with time and date stamps on all the messages. I could easily submit a case against him.

I even have a correspondence admitting to having received the cards that I sent him. My end of the deal was around $100. But since no physical money changed hands, just paper cards, it's difficult to assume a value.
