I was ripped off by him. I have correspondence with him, with time and date stamps on all the messages. I could easily submit a case against him.

I even have a correspondence admitting to having received the cards that I sent him. My end of the deal was around $100. But since no physical money changed hands, just paper cards, it's difficult to assume a value.

I think you could apply market value to something like that.

I think it's applicable considering his behavior in posts on the forum and his recent actions in trades.

My Reasons for trading were simple. He was trusted, he had something I wanted, I never had a problem with him, and at very least I imagined he at very least had respect for the game.

Long read but this is the email I just sent him:

Hey man I know you think you are going to get away with all this .... and you just might.  But keep in mind that theft over $500 is a felony, committing a crime across state lines gives federal jurisdiction, and do you really think some card board is really worth that much risk?  You may think that one occurence of theft over $500 is a felony and multiple occurences that add up to $500 are not a felony .... you would be wrong if you think this.  Precedent's have been set for similar cases and they will total everything you stole and use that number to charge you with a felony.  You also may think that the police department in say Pinal County Arizona will not care about our complaint .... and you may be right.  But know this, I am organizing everyone to give me the list that you guys agreed to, copies of your PMs to prove your intent, and I will be presenting a ton of information already organized for them to look at.  Now if you are a police officer and someone offers you a ton of organized evidence of a theft, regardless if it happend through the internet or not, wouldn't you at least look at it?

Your decision buddy ... I suggest you try to make things right.  Crime has always evolved and police departments have evolved with them .... the internet is the new crime area and police departments are creating more and more cyber divisions so think what you want but I will try to find someone who will at least look at the evidence I have against you.  I am a moderator on the forum and I have access to a lot more information than the normal user ...... hence the reason I have your email address ....... let's not forget IP addresses too

Everyone who sent me inof about you bad trade with Kuberr.  Send me your real name and phone numbers too.  This way I can at least give the police your real name's and contact information so they can get ahold of you if they need to.  Looks better when you say Joe Snuffy was robbed instead of saying Juggalanoke witha tap that A$$ profile pic was robbed lol.
