hence why wizards added the rule "should you open a card not from the set in a limited event you are not allowed to use it during the tournament"

Or maybe something that IMO could more likely happen a card from a recent set they are printing or working on got mixed in on accident to the set.

For example one of the new dual decks falls into the rtr.

You must be expecting a very sloppy manufacturing process. XD
"So, there I was in the plant playing with my {Ancestral Recall} when a gust of wind picked it up and knocked it into the booster wrapping machine. Whelp, guess some lucky bloke's gunna get that one. 😂"

That's why I said from a recent set they were working with. Also printing at the same time. I do no believe any of these p9 or old cards got put in

Check out this video on YouTube:

Only real hard video proof I can find. Plus the rules update in which WOTC didn't even announce. It was supposed to be a huge surprise so of course there are barely any video proof.

Mistakes like that don't happen. When mistakes with card printing happen, it's on a much bigger scale because they deal with entire sheets of cards.

An LGS told me they sold a case of M13 (6 boxes) where the uncommons and rares were swapped. Boxes of boosters with 3 rares and one uncommon.

If a single out of place card finds its way into a booster, you can bet it was put there intentionally.

This is true. Didn't that happen with legions too? Or legends? Rarities were mixed up in the slots. Either way, I still can't believe people think this is an urban myth. And before people start jumping aroun saying oh I got this and this. There were only two BL's most of the treasures were straight junk

The thing I don't get if this was real is why wouldn't WotC say they did it.

They havent denied it either...

Plus, why change the rules 1 Oct 09 a day before the release?

I've heard of those buried treasures. What I understood was that it was done to add even more flavor to the Zendikar adventure and treasure hunting theme. I've never met anyone who pulled one but it seems believable to me. congrats Terror00456.

Ehh I'm done. I will agree to disagree. You have your thought and I'll have mine. I hope it's true but I cannot see it being true.

Oh Rass, you're dead inside!

I kid. And fair enough bro, I believe it. Mostly because I was in my LGS when the guy pulled whatever it was. Something junk anyway.
