Misty Rainforest and Flooded Strand will be $250 AT MINIMUM on launch, with a realistic price range of $400-500.
All the fetches will be worth $200+ the crappy tango lands will probably be $100-200 depending on color. You guys are seriously underestimating the pricing of these. My friends who are foil collectors of high end stuff are preparing on paying $2000 for a playset of Misty Rainforst and Flooded Strands

It's an instant. And, yeah, it's wonderful. Refreshing on SCG now to preorder cheap. Remand/Unsummon + Magma Spray? That get's around protection and uncounterable stuff? Cost reduction with {Herald of Kozilek}? Exiles stuff for Processors? Literally hits every box on the checklist of awesome.

Does it have legs against {Kolaghans Command} however?

Have phoenix ever been "good" I've yet to see one that has been great except "Chandra phoenix". Side note, new {awakening zone} for 4 that makes 1/1 and be sac to fetch an eldrazi. Hmmmm....
