Do police and authorities take this kind of stuff seriously anyway? Magic and hobby related stuff where the value is perceived and intrinsic rather than instrumental

No cop that wants to keep his job would do anything.
Making a police officer do this is keeping their attention from REAL crimes. Which in turn goes down the chain of command. Which never has a good ending.

I wouldn't even waste the cops time.

One of my friends father is the head of the homocide deparment in our city and he told me that the increased rate of cyber crimes or crimes organized over the web led to a shift in the view of law enforces on such crimes (that`s at least what it is like in Germany) so if i were the guy ripping of all this people i would be scared because if more than 3 complains are filed against him at  the police he could get into serious trouble.

PS: I asked a layer a contract was made when both sites agreed on the terms and conditions of the deal, this also involves trades
