apparently the artist has confirmed that the art is his, but nothing about the card. i believe the original poster claimed to have opened it in a born of the gods pre release pack, but seems unlikely.

I think its fake. The name of the artist is weird and it doesn't have the new frame.

There are five big changes visible above on Waste Not. Four are game-wide changes that will be implemented in M15 and every set going forward, and the last is a little something special just for this set. Let's go over them.

The set symbol doesn't fit with anything current really. There are a few things I noticed though. One is the set symbol, and another is that the set number is 48/210, 210 being an oddball number for wizards to do. Also next to the set number there is a star. Can anyone make anything of that?

If this is real (which, looking at the posts on reddit and the reactions of WotC, I think it is), I'd love to use this in my Kaalia Angel Tribal deck. Sure, there are better angels, but it has a sort of cool factor to it.

Looks like a special set for drafting. I am thinking it will be like modern masters.  A set specifically designed for a draft.
