new card?

I seem to remember hearing that Mark Rosewater has been fighting to make a third un-set for a while. I think I heard it while listening to his podcast "drive to work", or it might have been on this app, not sure.

Edit: I think that if a new un-set is in fact coming, then these two cards are from different sets. The angelic card does not feel like an un-card at all, whereas the clock dude does. So here's what I think:

Either a) the angel card is from an upcoming commander set and the clock dude is from an un-set further down the road

or b) the angel card will never exist, and was used only as a way to cleverly hint at an upcoming un-set.

They are not changing the colors. Un- sets are always silver because they are not tournament legal.

Un isn't a true set. They wouldn't change the borders.

I have been thinking with the popularity of cube, the online cube and WoTC willing to make more expensive sealed product (Modern Event deck), we could see a cube set. That would be awesome.

Notice how the set they're from has been named conspiracy (since wotc got a copyright on that name earlier) and there was a complex encoded clue on the back of the card... What if it's real and just in flavor for conspiracy?

Maybe the card is a fake and somebody just MAGICked it into existence... Thats a stupid joke I'm sorry for ruining everyones day. I believe it is real and it is a puzzle for the world wide interwebs
