Obzedat doesn't seem horrible. I can't think of a "guild leader" that has hit constructed. The council might? It has an EtB effect so it might hit constructed. I know I'm sliding into my Esper EDH deck.

Have all been met with less then enthusiastic praise. Amongst all of them, Isperia and Niv-Mizzet spent a little while as reanimator targets. Obzedat at least impacts the board when it appears, it's EtB effect may see some play.

Are you guys forgetting about  {Jace, Memory Adept}. 10 life loss seems a little better that "pretty bad." Not to mention {sands of delirium}.

My thoughts exactly.  My personal mill record is 22 cards in 1 turn.  With this guy out, that's an insta-win, not to mention {Jace's Phantasm}.  Seems way overpowered, to me.  And I want it.
