At my shop the judge said as long as it doesn't touch your cards in hand u can do whatever the heck u want before u play it...DrawDont you have to play it right when you draw it for miricle?

You have to reveal an I'm pretty sure miracle at draw step or you can't cast for miracle cost!At my shop the judge said as long as it doesn't touch your cards in hand u can do whatever the heck u want before u play it...DrawDont you have to play it right when you draw it for miricle?
