Well the Relentless Rats and Thrumming Stone combo has been a big conversation point on here lately. Another fast creature deck is Zombie tokens, especially lately in Innastrad!

If you want "lots and lots of creatures" check out Army of the Damned!

Yeah I've seen army and the rats look interesting because of Marrow-Gnawer but I'm waiting to see what else I can find

If you add The Arny with a few copies of Moan of the Unhallowed, some Cellar Doors, a Grimoire of the Dead and even a Grave Titan and if you were willing to splash Green, add in a Parrallel Lives and you're on your way to a black creature over run deck. 😝

Not to knock it or anything, but why is everyone so in love with Relentless Rats nowadays?  O_o

I would be embarrassed to play that.

It is much akin to camping in First Person Shooters.

I dunno.  I'd probably play it once or twice for laughs, but then I'd get bored of it.

Besides, once you've gone out and spent all this money on 24~30 Rats, what else are you going to do with them, if not in a deck like this?  At least if you spent the same amount of cash on a nice land, you could use it in a number of decks afterward.

I don't know if straight up Standard zombie decks are that complicated. You could always try White Weenie decks. They are pretty straight forward.

Black is complicated for because I don't play standard I have no idea what to do with the color I've never played and I want a black deck
