{Gara's Cradle} is a little spendy. With my trade binder $5 and under are easy to get. Keeping that in mind any other other perfectly great options that wont be hard to get? I totally forgot about the tutors, thank you.

Is the commander not included when you count the 100? I was told the deck needs to be 100 cards not 101.

Correct, you build 100 including commander itself, then before play you remove the commander from the deck and put it in the command zone, leaving the deck with 99 remaining cards.

Ok, so why is everyone saying im one short? 99+1=100 right? Is it unclear i put my commander sideboard to separate him?

Because imtg counts the sideboard when using deckbuilder part of the app

So my deck got tipped in the car and apparently one card is still in there sonewhere. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
