Help new player

A friend of mine is making his first EDH deck using the green black blue dragon that puts counters on itself.
First can someone like the card, i dont know it's name.
Second what ideas come to mind? I have thought of grafting and unblockable/fear seeming pretty good here.

Giving him unblockable and fear are indeed good ideas. {Mask of Riddles} is a favorite of mine. You can also use {Executioner's hood}, {gruesome deformity}, {tricks of the trade}, {neurok invisimancer}, {ghostform}...there are many options.
