Killing wave rule? Help

Can ne one tell me the process that happens after playing killing wave? Like who chooses which creatures to sac first? Cuz if a players life total is low and i have a blood artist out my choice could change theirs...

Good question!  Whenever an event puts a decision to all players, the players decide in order of active player first, then around the table in turn order. Once everyone has made their choices, the life is paid and creatures sac'ed simultaneously.

Also, if {Blood Artist} is among the dying, he will see all of the other creatures die at the same time and trigger for each one.

The active player is the player whose turn it is at the time.
