Dream deck builder

Just a wild idea id throw out there.
Is it possible to make like a fictional part of the deck builder? Like something in the shape of a puzzel and you can fill in the pieces you have?
This might sound confusing but like i want to make my Monoblack vamp deck real but i lack many cards. So in the deck builder i could add cards that i want but dont have. That way i can see what i need and can fill in with other cards until i have what i need? Gah this doesnt make any sense but if anyone understands me can you simplify this?
