T1 play a swamp
T2 play an island. Cast {Dark Ritual}. Cast {Laboratory Maniac} then cast {Demonic Consultation}, naming {The Cheese Stands Alone}.

You exile your whole library for 1 mana, and win on turn 3 because you can't draw a card.

No good.
Not only does the Cheese need to be in play, but you still have two lands on the board. And you still have a hand.
You win with {Labarotory Maniac}

He's not using the cheese as a win con. He is just using any card name that's not in his deck to mill himself.

"The Cheese Stands Not In Your Deck" ;)

Friend of mine uses this combo, only he names {Black Lotus}. (Same concept - it's not there) The problem is it's soooo risky, if anyone at the table has any removal whatsoever, you just flat out lose. The good news is that the consultation spell is an instant, so if no one knows what you're doing, they'll ignore that lab maniac while your deck is full and you can instantly remove your library at the opponent's end step just before your turn/draw.

although illegal almost everywhere ^^

Couldn't you just wait until your own upkeep to do use the demonic consultation?

Sure. Or have a cheap draw spell on hand.
