You can almost do this with {Leyline of Anicipation} or similar and {Spellskite}. The only missing ingredient is a repeatable bounce effect.

I still like {Mystic Snake} though.

Forgot about {mystic snake}. He'd be fun to {cloudshift}.

I'd accept that fee in a heartbeat. I guarantee all tourney player would run it, it would jump up to Mind Sculptor price, and be banned shortly thereafter...

As I was creating it I was thinking about {Dissipation Field}, so I fixed it, you don't have to take the damage to bounce!
