So this guy at my LGS bought two Grixis C13 decks, stripped the rares, sealed it with super glue, and returned it. I'd be pissed to be the person that bought those.

So I was just bidding on 4 {Horizon Canopy}s and there was two minutes left and I was the high bidder at $38 with $48.02 as my max bid. In the last minute someone bid it up to $74 and I outbid them at 76 until literally the last 5 seconds and someone put it up to 89.99. Why couldn't they just let me have the cheap lands??

With a playable set or a very specific collectible card i'll go 75% of the TCG price. It usually works. Chin up.

My version of aggro mono red did pretty good in the last local modern tournament. I think some of the players were angry with my strategy though. There is a lot of hate towards mono red at the store where I play.
