Double strike

Ok so if you have an instance where a card says when this creature deals damage something happens ie {warren instigator}, which has double strike. When it deals damage it technically deals damage twice so would you get 2 of those effects? Would I be able to put 2 goblins into play?

Im glad this was the first app i got with my new phone cause i had two apple gift cards that i hadnt used and could drop $10 without it hitting my bank account. It has helped a ton to have access to these features.
