Mind Control, Aura Enchantments

If I use a {Mind Control} on my opponents creature that has an enchantment already on it like {Divine Presence} when i use the {Mind Control} do i get the enchantment also???

NOTE: this situation has happened to me quite a few times so i would appreciate a correction. Ty

If you gain control of another player's creature, it doesn't change the controller of any auras or equipment attached to that creature.

Also, {Divine Presence} isn't an aura and can't be attached to a creature. Maybe you're thinking of a different card.

What if a creature of mine has equipment and he gets mind control. He takes the creature and everything attached to it but do i still control the equipment? Meaning can i pay the cost and equip it off that creature onto one of mine?

That's right. But you have to have a creature to equip. You can't just unattach it for no reason.

Wait so to clear things up... Will {mind control} bring {pursuit of flight} with it? I think yes was the answer.. But idk for sure.. And {cranial plating} would definitely stay equipped to a {mind control}d creature until such time as the owner can change the equipped creature?

Yeah, pursuit of flight would stay on the creature, even if it changes controlers. One thing to remember is that while pursuit of flight is attatched to the creature you used mind control on, you do not control pursuit of flight. This means that only your opponent could pay the mana cost to activate its ability.

Actually the aura reads" this creature gets {U} flying stuff" , so the creatures controller can use the activated ability, not the Aura's controller in that situation.
