So safe passage is back, turbo fog will be more than viable soon, but what else should be run? Id like to hear all your thoughts on what should go into this deck cause i am thinking ill play it seriously after this set is out.
Altas vs. that new mill artifact
Is moonmist worth it ever when passage fog and mists are out?
Kill cards just gideon and batterskull? Entreat or whitesun could be kill too
Idk pick it apart and throw it my way, thanks.

How does turbo fog win? I always play RDW and I just completely hose it everything so I never see how it works
You attack.
I play {Fog}
Then I either kill you by letting your library run out with {Otherwolrd Atlas} or {Rights of Flourishing} then I replenish mine with {Elixer Of Immortality}.
That's {U}{G} turbo fog
{G}{R} turbo fog uses the same basic cards but instead of milling you win-cons are {Rights of Flourishing} into a huge {Devil's Play} or taking over all their creatures with {Tibalt, the Feind Blooded} and swing for the win.

If rites doesn't get reprinted what happens to tfog?

Turbo fog vs turbo fog would be an interesting matchup
It's pretty boring. It's essentially decided by either who uses a have or {Increasing confusion} or who uses a elixir of immortality.

Turbofog should be playing a {Witchbane Orb} effect to handle DD.

It's not standard but my turbo fog has 4 {Leyline of Sanctity} in the sideboard. I like it better than the orb personally.

Until safe passage is out rdw will beat it 7-10 if its a smart fog build and 50/50 if the player is really good. Something about this architype is really easy to mess up when building.

What? Safe passage is not that great. {fog} is better considering it costs 1 not 3.

{terrifying presence}
{blunt the assault}
{Moonmist}

I tried playin turbo fog and it's fun but not against counteres and walkers...they just own it

Do me a favor and read safe passage. It prevents all damage including noncombat.

Fair enough. If {rites of flourishing} isn't reprinted..and they don't bring {howling mine} back you lose the main card draw engine. Unless I'm missing something...

My comment stands for as not really viable with o rings, walkers, mana leaks. It really cripples the deck if you can't get rites to stick. It's fun for sure, I love a good turbo fog deck. It's one of my favorite archetypes but there isn't enough at the moment to substantiate competitively play it is all.

I wouldn't say it's that bad depending on SB. 3 timely reinforcements works pretty well. Terminus and wraths main board too.

Howling mine will get reprinted in m13

Only one more rare in green to be revealed. I want it to be rites, but i think it's safe to say it wont be printed in this core just cause wizards is trying to promote creativity with their players and having so many pieces of turbo fog legal through rotation would push an already well established architype that does not promote healthly game play to be over played. I believe there goal is for no one o have a good idea of what will be good for the first month after ravinica returns. Either way i can be happy with 3 months of potentially viable fog.
