It was marketing ploy by wizards to get more ppl to buy M13. M13 was one of its worse selling core sets. After this happened sells went up.

Alright, I'm very confident that Jace with be {U}{R} now. I joined the Planeswalker Points Izzet Guild, and lo' what do I see:

Doesn't get more Izzet than that!

So, maybe Ral will just be a creature.

Super, just look at his red decals. It's possible, but unlikely, that he'll still be mono{U}.

Also, I got the pic from the Izzet Guild site, so...

Oh... Yah I had a feeling u wer going to see Izzet from the "buttons" but he has those same ones in the memory adept jace from m12 and m13 so... Idk he cud still be mono blue???
