{Cyclonic rift} is gonna be a fun card! 😁

"I play {Army of the Damned}, and copy it with my {Dual-Casting} {Mikaeus, The Unhallowed}!"

"End of turn, overload cyclonic rift. Trololol"

Jarad's Orders could be fun, especially in casual.

I'm definetly going selsenya. So many good cards, and grove of the guardian as a promo. Imagine populating an 8/8 vigilance instead of a 1/1.

Dudecore

How many rares are there?!???! It seems like every friggin card is at rare. Why the heck is {Disperse} (Cyclonic Rift) printed at rare? Even New World Order isn't an excuse, put it at uncommon.

All of the guilds look good but I am loving Rakdos

Same.

Azorious has me a little interested as well, and looks like it will finally give give me the material to make the u/w flying deck I've been wanting to build. It will no longer be just poor {arctic aven} all by his lonesome, gliding on {favorable winds} by himself... -teardrop-

Dudecore

Reprint {Storm Crow}!

Make it mythic rare too.

Umm, a one sided {Upheaval} wrapped in the flexibility of a {Disperse}?  Put it at common!

Neat! Slime shaping is like {Wurmcalling} without buyback...and instead of worms you get goo. That will go great with populate.

I'm loving Martial Law though - essentially {Arrest} but for one more {W} you get to choose which creature gets locked down each turn instead of being stuck on the same one.

You know I love you, Dudecore. 💐

Context is everything. I think it's solid in MBC, where card advantage is important. You'd want to leave your mana open for removal, but if they don't play a threat that turn, you can use the land.

In RtR, I don't like the double {B} as much, since you can't splash it and you want color diversity, and you don't want it tying up a land color you might need.

In a bigger format (or with {Arbor Elf}) it allows tricks that {Phyrexian Area} doesn't, but it can also be turfed by two different types of removal: enchantment and land.

It has it's applications, and can be very good in the right home, but I certainly wouldn't first-pick it in a draft.
