3 hours later in the 4 player plane chase......ajani had over 300 life when I won :p

deck used? And honestly if i see ajani deck i go all out on him. The others SHOULD but they too scared to attack and lose creatures and sits there as ajani gains life/pridemates...

I was more worried about bolas. Ajani had that stupid double life gain. I was beating everyone really bad then we planeswalked to the one that destroys all your permanents and I just got crap...he got the double life gain enchant right off the bat.

I like to use odrics deck since its quick and has lots of removal.

I used ajanis and the worse part was I had 70 life played the over 40 you win creature odric o rings it...then someone kills odric leaving me screwed. Lol good times.

You should have got the exiled card back as his permenants leave the battlefield.

I think DotP had it right.  The trigger to return your creature from their O-Ring isn't put on the stack since they control it and they left the game.

So i cannot beat the first planechase duel because of ajani's stupid lifegain! Im running modified garrucks deck. Any suggestions?

Odric's deck is sweet. Once you get him out you choose how they bloc and you kill all the life gainers. I never had an issue beating anyone with his deck..plenty of removal and tons of tokens.
