Bought one of those walmart 3 booster packs things and i got an innistrad, dka, and zendikar booster. The innistrad and dka boosters had trash, but the zendikar had a {marsh flats} and a foil {arid mesa}!
I was pumped but had no sleeves on me because my family and i were out of town. So i tucked them away in the safest corner of my dads truck. Hours later i return to to the truck only to find that my cousins drink had spilt all over the cards. All ruined. Ahh...

GoJuDragon

..... Kill the cousin. Lol. Jk

Dude that sucks sooo much :(
I agree with the above poster..

Hey I'd charge the cousin how much the cards were worth

Omg......::/;;?&&@.....::&2211.......

If the kids spilt the drink, make them pay for the cards. If the car just moved then...well still make them pay for the cards DAMN IT I can't believe that happened. Sorry for you man...

Id lose the argument over the cards. No one in my family sees them as worth anything more than the cardstock their printed on. The laptop however they understand the value of. Well its not a horrible loss. My dad offered to buy me one of those 3 packs to replace the lost cards.

Greg54js

How old is your cousin? :o

Knew45

16. Didnt even bother trying to tell anyone the value of the cards before or after the drink spilt

Ask for 2 :p

Coffee Vampire

If they don't see value in the cards then tell them to buy you a playset of {Tundra}....SHOULDN'T BE THAT HARD RIGHT?!?!

Oh hey dad....I trashed your car but that's fine since it's just a scrap of metal.

Just because cards are made of cardboard doesn't mean they are worth nothing!!!

Knew45

Good point. Im not to worried though. I was just gonna try to trade em for what i still needed for my dragon deck but it woulda been a pain getting a trade for a foil {arid mesa}. And the cards were so wet they were unrecognizable. So i couldnt have even proved to anyone that they were what i was sayin they were.

Well you should have.. It's like anything else.. Cell phones are made of materials totaling less then 20 bucks and we pay how much for them? 200-300 bucks! Just cause theyre printed on 5 cent cardboard doesn'take their value any less than anything else we use today
