Another cloud shift ?

If i use a ability that gives me control of target creature my opponet controls until end of turn, then when its near the end of my turn and i use cloudshift, do i keep the creature or does it still go back to the other player after my turn?

You'd keep it, since the game treats is as a new creature.  It loses connection with the "return this".

400.7. An object that moves from one zone to another becomes a new object with no memory of, or relation to, its previous existence. There are seven exceptions to this rule:

406.1. The exile zone is essentially a holding area for objects. Some spells and abilities exile an object without any way to return that object to another zone. Other spells and abilities exile an object only temporarily.

Nice so I can use soul seizer and cloud shift and not have to worry about if beIng disenchanted

Yes, you could {Mind Control} a creature, then {Cloudshift} that creature to keep it an not worry about the MC being Disenchanted. (the MC woul be put in your gy if any one was wondering. )
