A little help...

I saw this combo at a legacy tournament and I am still trying to figure it out. It was all enchantments and was something like:
{Form of the Dragon}
{Humility}
{Dovescape}
To prevent anything from happening and continually dealing 5 damage to the opponent. If this does work, any good cards to build a deck around it?

Um I think this is more of a synergy type thing. It's not so much a combo

I don't want more hate... I'm already gonna get a lot of hate for my new deck that has 26 counterspells in it...
