Lots and lots of mana and card draw. And a way to cycle your graveyard back to your library, do you can keep more card draw without decking yourself.

{blue suns zenith}, {mind spring}, {minds aglow}, {trade secrets}, {plagiarize}, {azure Mage}, {sphinx of magosi}, {Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur}, and {echo Mage} paired with any draw spell are my favorites for card draw power.

To recycle your graveyard, {Elixer of Immortality} is a good bet along with Eldrazi Gods, {Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre}, and {Kozilek, Butcher of Truth}.  If you have a maximum hand size like normal, draw tons of cards, then simply discard an eldrazi at end of turn for having more than 7 in hand, and bam, grave goes to library. A {Laboratory Maniac} might not be a bad idea in case you can't get a graveyard recycle to happen.

{Curiosity} is a must, as it causes an unlimited damage loop with Niv-Mizzet.

And with all that card drawing, you might want an unlimited hand size. {Relinquary Tower}, {Spellbook}, and {Venser's Journal} are your best bets there.

And finally, some synergy for all that card advantage and drawing. {Sturmgeist} and {psychosis crawler} will ruin someone's day.

Omg thanks I'd also like some ideas for good blue control card like counters, controlling other Ppls stuff, you could call it "douchey" cards if you will

{counterlash} is a fun commander counter spell. {hinder} and {spell crumple} are also good for countering people's commanders and sending them away for good.
