Is there a G, W or B card that gives all you creatures flying, either perm or for a turn?

Green doesn't do flying.
White, somewhat.
Blue has {Levitation} among many.

Was looking for something to toss in an EDH deck of those colors. I didn't think there was but thought I would ask just to see.

Touche!  I just made the assumption.  There are no black cards I can think of to bestow flying to a group.
