If you're attacking for 1,000,000 trample damage, and they block and cast {Terrifying Presence} on a lifelink creature ({Griselbrand}) do they gain the life from lifelink creature blocking?

Yes, the blocking Griselbrand is able to deal its combat damage that turn, therefore Lifelink will occur.
