In the trailer it revealed the plainswalkers, will those planeswalker be 100% in m13 or is it only for DotP? Because if they are then I'm stocking up on {liliana vess} because she would be the only one in standard to be a true miracle enabler.

I would imagine it is Vess. I read somewhere that it will be a new Ajani though.

There is usually a change of planeswalkers that represent white and black in media.

Blue is Jace, Red in Chandra, Green is Garruk. Black is Liliana/Sorin, White is Ajani/Elspeth/Gideon.

Others have represented single colors (Nissa for green, Koth for red, Tamiyo ect.)

That brief history aside, expect a new Ajani (goes perfectly against the Bolas theme) for white (white didn't get a planeswalker in the new block, ({Sorin, Lord of Innistrad} doesn't count). Don't count on a new Jace till Ravnica, Lilly just got a new card. Maybe a new Garruk, new Chandra.
