What is something that returns exiled stuff? I want to make a ramp deck based around {mana severance}

Wouldn't things like {Living Wish} work? Exile means out of the game, after all.

Well then that is a really stupid card...

Why?  If you have all the land you need in play, it keeps you from ever top decking a land for the rest of the game. Every draw will be a spell.

It should mostly be permanent, it does help with templating. One short word instead of four. But cards like {Oblivion Ring} don't really remove things from the game. They do come back.

I'm with Joker here. Though it would be sick to exile and return all lands into play.

Wishes work, but I think the OP was looking to exile all land and then grab them all for mana ramping. Not just one card.
