The Weatherlight was basicly like Serenity (from Firefly), but in MtG. It is an amazing artifact that was created by Urza (see {Blueprints}) and was the transport/carrier of its Crew and of the {Legecy Weapon}, which was also made by Urza. Urza was kind of like the 1st Plainswalker, along w/ Barrin. They were the fist to know and learn of the Multi-verse, and thus discovered each others' "verse" and that's how they met. They were also the ones who caused the Phyrexian cycle to begin, because they discovered it, but could not prevent it from invading their universes. Urza made the Weatherlight and gathered its original crew, but things changed. Crovax, Valroth, and Mirri were part of the crew at one point or another, and that's why they're cards seem connected. I will post a list of all cards based upon this topic in the forums in a few minets.

Phyrexia was originally discovered by Yawgmoth centuries before was alive. The weatherlight was just not a ship, but a legacy weapon and planewalking ship. Most of everything else is correct. Read the book "The Brother's War" to learn more.

What do you mean by Legacy Weapon? But if i understand right, the Weatherlight was.. an ancient ship that could travel between planes that was used by the earliest Planeswalkers like.. the mobile S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters in The Avengers?

The legacy weapon is kind of like an eraser, it basiclly "banishes" things from the univers its currently in. Look up the card for it. But the Weapon is made of 5 artifacts, and Karn is the keeper/gatherer/protector of them. These 5 are the Ramos Artifacts. Look them up as well, and also the 10th edition card for the Legecy Weapon.

Go to "CASUAL" and look for "Lore: The Weatherlight" deck. That has pretty much the entire crew of the Weatherlight, from one time or another. I also added some extra things, but that's besides the point.
