since this is my first delver build i thot she mite be good, as either a small element of controll (like the dissipates) or for card drawing with her -2....

The point of delver is to drop one turn one, flip it turn two.  Then you play a control game, counter magic and burn spells stop opponents creatures. All while you dump cards into the grave and draw your dek mostly on the end of your opponents turn all until you can equip a pike and swing for certain death.  With either delver or in this case {invisible stalker}

Playset mana leak over dissipate if you have to choose between the 2

I don't think the tamiyo is all that bad in a delver dek.
Taps creatures or pesky lands.
Against aggro you can draw an insane amount of cards.
On the other hand:
I'm not really a big fan of her ultimate in this build just because you want those instants and sorceries in your grave for the pike.
I'd say make her a one of and run something else like {think twice}

It's really a personal opinion. I'd run 3 of {mana leaks}, two {dissapate}
And pretty much the same for 3 {shock} two {incinerate}.
This way you're keeping mana open to run all the EOT tricks.

Like stated above

Delver t1 and then flip t2, 3:2 flyer and counter whatever they play if possible. Instants are your friend so you can either counter or play something at the end of their turn.
