Premade Decks

I'm not sure how this would work, maybe a new section on the home page or in deck builder, but something interesting to add would be deck templates based on premade decks officially made by magic. It would work as a two for one; you have access to all premade decklists released by Wizards of the Coast in app. It would also have the feature to insert the deck directly into your deck builder in order to edit it.

And to clarify, by premade decks I mean any theme deck, intro deck, duel deck, plane chase deck, or commander deck available for purchase from WotC.

So for example I could take the new  {Atraxa, Praetors' Voice} commander deck, look up the deck list in app, and then add it to my deck builder to edit.

Ok, so just find a community moderator who will post these deck in the appropriate Decks section using the existing iMtG app? They would have to be willing to work with me to create appropriate sections if it is not currently there, which is not a big problem at all.

Alternatively we could merge with a bigger player such as tcgplayer.com?

Yeah someone could do that. For example make sections for commander products then a subsection for each commander set (2013, 2024, 2015, 2016) and in those subsections have the named deck available to view and move into our deck builder.

You could actually make this a forum wide thing where everyone can help. Create a category under the current decks called Premade decks and then a corresponding format so that we can put in and post the premade decks so that the title is the original name of the deck. From there a moderator or admin or whatever could then look up the decklists by googling [Deck name] [deck type], for example Breed Lethality Commander 2016. Once the deck has been reviewed to be an official deck from WotC, the moderator can move it to its appropriate section under the tab designated for finished premade decklists.

Alternatively you can find some way to import the lists directly from the official magic website as they are all on there as well regardless of how old they are.
