This is a first draft of what I was thinking.
At first I took the budget options given, then I realized {Eldrazi displacer} could abuse the ETBs with tron mana, leading to a WG tron.

Viable, or should I abandon this madness?

I like it but i think you need either o stone all is dust or even periless vault as sweepers bc Tron is a "control" deck

I could see {all is dust} working.
The list could use some extra kick vs early creatures. With blinky & slime out, it's moving to mass non-creature removal, but it's lacking control vs problematic creatures.
On the other hand, could I instead outrace most creatures with a recurring Thrag? Just keeping 3 mana open gives a chump blocker + 5 life right there.

Joe Lossett has been playing G W tron lately. You might be able to get some idea from what he's been doing. If you are playing white in modern I would expect to eee {path to exile} somewhere.

Defenitely should have 4 paths over main & side. I probably will end up running slightly less of the mentioned creatures and include paths.
