6 cards in graveyard, {mirari} in play. I cast {epicenter}. I copy it. How does this go down? My opponent and I have differing views lol

That's what I was saying. He's saying my epicenter spell is in the graveyard. I disagree

Copied spell resolves first ( so GY still at 6 ), then the original. That's where we differ.

My bad, I read it as each player sacrifices a land.

Nonetheless, if you choose to target yourself with the copied spell and sacrifice a land, you will have threshold when the original spell resolves.

Depending on board state, having your oppenent get rid of two lands is probably way cooler! In that case, if you were to give it rebound with {narset, transcendent}, does that actually take the card out of the yard, bringing you back below threshold? Because that would be just dandy😎

If you give a spell rebound it doesn't get in the graveyard until after it rebounds
