Just an fyi, but I am aware that this deck technically isn't standard until Friday. I'm just hoping to get some suggestions to make this deck tournament ready

Blazingblevins

It definitely will not be consistent with all the 1-2 drops. I would try to focus on what you want to achieve and go with it. Make things 3-4 of.

The only things I'm super worried about getting consistently are a nantuko husk and zulaport cutthroat

Why do you have 2 {Call the Gatewatch}? You only have one planeswalker in your whole deck.

Gives me 3x the chance to get the planeswalker though and something to discard against black decks

That's not a good enough reason to play that card. If you draw {Nissa, Voice of Zendikar} or your planeswalker is countered/destroyed, {Call the Gatewatch} is literally useless.

Given that you want to use the {Zulaport Cutthroat} triggers, I would recommend cutting both cards and playing {Rally the Ancestors} instead.

I'm going to be play testing the deck today to see what does and doesn't fit in the current deck list.  If I find that I'm constantly stuck with a call the gatewatch in my hand and no targets for it, then I'll switch it out.

So the deck performed pretty well I would say. I was able to do 12 damage I one turn by sacrificing 3 creatures.

I'm thinking about replacing {drana's chosen} and {retreat to emeria} with a {brood monitor} and an {eldrazi displacer}.  Anyone think this could be better than what's currently in the deck?

I'm also considering adding a second {hissing quagmire} and two {shambling vents} for a little bit of mana fixing

Thefluffymacheen

Super changed the deck to be more aristocraty.  Added more 3-4 ofs and less 1 ofs. Also probably worth mentioning that I took {call the gatewatch} out.  After some play testing today against r/b sacrifice / agro, i realized how terrible it was.

Thefluffymacheen

So I've been playing the deck a bit lately and I've been having issues with being forced into top decking and losing because I can't draw anything.  Any suggestions?

I also need help with a sideboard against popular decks in standard (since I'm pretty new to standard).  Right now the only thing in my sideboard is  {Caustic Caterpillar} for enchantment or artifact heavy decks but that's about it. I plan on using this deck in the upcoming game day and would like to win that playmat :)

Creaturewise, adding {Grim Haruspex} will draw you cards everytime one of your nontoken creatures die. {Painful Truths} also helps in 3+ colour decks.

I would also replace the {Loam Larva} with {Elvish Visionary} for the card draw alone.

{Utter End} instead of {Oblivion Strike}. Hits more card types and is instant.

I would also take out the {Brood Monitor}/{Eldrazi Displacer} since it would be too inconsistent, and replace it with {Rally the Ancestors}.

I actually just added 2x {Grim Haruspex} today.  Also I updated the deck list to have less land, slightly more mana fixing (duel lands), and more card draw.  I noticed I was drawing too much land, and typically of inconsistent colors.  I also noticed I wasn't drawing nearly enough cards.

Thefluffymacheen

So, I'm going to be using this deck for the game day tournament at my local card shop this weekend. Any suggestions on viability, improvements, or sideboard against popular decks?
I'm already planning on grabbing a fourth  {Utter End} to replace {Oblivion Strike} and also a few {Tainted Remedy} against life gain match ups.
