I've noticed that since the last update I haven't been able to access the deck builder. When I try to open it, iMtG immediately crashes. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Then you are not experiencing this.
While not using IoS9, I have experienced the app quitting to the home screen before.
I figured it was the standard crash to home screen I seem to have when an app gets too "heavy" for my phone.
I had quite a lot of decks stored at the time too.
I discovered a workaround, using the card database to add cards into a deck. You just use the sliders below the card to add your numbers.
Working that way, I only seldom experience lag or crashes. Most of these can be traced back to poor connection or the fact my memory is pretty much always full.

So, while it isn't the same problem, it could seem the same before detailed inspection.

Anyway: I hope this workaround can help in still creating decks with the app & ios9

I assume you have some clarification, so that you aren't outright calling me a liar? I am definitely expirencing this.
I think I am right in assuming that Piotr is saying you experience a different kind of crash than the ios9 related one Brawler seems to experience.
Check my post above for details.

I am not running iOS 9, so that's not the issue.

Last update of iMtG was 2 years ago. Are you sure about your scenario?

There wasn't a normal update after iMtG II? I may be misremembering. But I've been able to use the deck builder for quite a while, and just recently it is constant crashing iMtG.

iMtG 1 has still been getting Database updates, but not app functionality updates. Two separate things.

Issue is resolved. Seems like it was an issue with me not updating to iOS 9. I upgraded, and my lists have shown up again.
