End of turn. {izzet charm}. Loot. (The other play was bolting your bird). Dredge {life from the Liam} for dirt draw. Dredge bloodstained mire, polluted delta, and wooded foothills (dang my lands are bunched up). Draw second card normal. Discard bridge from below and {life from the loam}.

Draw. Play {faithless looting}. Draw 2.  Discard {golgari grave troll} and {vengevine}. Play {polluted delta}. sac for basic swamp. Cast {viscera seer}. Pass.

Dang it!!!!  I had the izzet charm and usually would hold for that but when you didn't play it turn 2, I assumed you didn't have it.

Dang it!!!!  I had the izzet charm and usually would hold for that but when you didn't play it turn 2, I assumed you didn't have it.

I figured you had a counter with mana left open so I played smiter to be more Aggro lol plus none of your mean things were in the grave yet.

Okay for the tseize I have

I flip my side of the table. It's a segmented table so yours are not disturbed, as that would be rude. Then I choose the smiter and concede.

Ok, so apparently I did need to hold up counter. I was expecting blood moon since you started with basic/bird, and hadn't dropped RIP turn 2. From what I knew at the time, did I choose right and just guess wrong? Should I have bolted the bird?

My SB for you was 2 thoughtsieze, 3 more abrupt decays, and one murderous cut.

What do you think on my play choice, side boarded cards, or other different cards I should bring in against you?

Sideboard plan was strong lots of removal works for me, only exception is I wouldn't have brought in Thoughtseize because my deck plays 4 smiters and a Wilt-leaf liege. Your abrupt decays can take care of my rest in peace. Had you bolted my bird you would've won. I just peeked at the top 3 cards of my library and I had a forest, forest, bolt; In that order. I would've been completely mana screwed to say the least. Can't do much in a tri-color deck with only forests on the board. Lol

Heh. Would you say for your deck bolting the bird is usually the right play for your opponent?
