This is not any better than T1 {Dark Ritual},  {Entomb},  {Shallow Grave}, draw 14 off  {Griselbrand}, play {Children of Korlis}, gain 14, draw 14 more,  {Entomb} an {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn},  {Shallow Grave} With the shuffle trigger on the stack, swing for 22.

Legacy is a format of brokenness. I don't think what  {Black Vise} Brings to the table can compare.

I mean it stI'll would be a turn 1 bolt, and then added value. Most likely against an aggro match up it'll be a solid 5 or 6 damage it'd deal over the course of a game.

But again that's turn one. Top deck it turn 3 and it's a dead draw, and burn can't afford dead draws. Again, people talk a out triple black vise turn 1, that never happens. It would just be putting a screw on decks that sit there and draw cards like miracles.

It'd be a good sideboard card against controlly decks (draw-go style).
It was amazing way back when, but isn't so great now.
