{Amulet of Vigor} + {Orb of Dreams}.

Which would take precedence?

The devil's in the wording.
The rules on {amulet of vigor} state that whenever a permanent enters tapped, you untap it. Triggered ability.
{Orb of dreams} says all permanents enter tapped. So for each permanent you control, Amulet triggers and you may untap it.

So everything would enter on my side, technically untapped but everything on my opponent's side would still enter tapped?

No, they would enter tapped and THEN untap.

That's totally right. Important because you might get inspiration or other untap triggers.

Yeah. They enter the battlefield, then untap, so inspired would trigger.
