With orb on the field, wilds would be better then fetch, since you don't pay 1 life. For basics that is.

Another difference is that fetch lands can get any land with the right type. So you can fetch duals or shocks or any land as long as it is of the needed type.
{polluted delta} can fetch {hallowed fountain}.
